Big Bear Ice Hockey Tournaments, Killer Bees event is scheduled for March 15 through 17 of 2019 and is for Squirt-Midget/High School age.

We understand that hockey tournaments are a huge investment of time and resources for the teams and their families. We also
know that there are many choices when it comes to selecting tournaments for the season. Please consider Big Bears 27 years of
experience organizing youth hockey events when searching for your next tournament.There will be a minimum of 4 games scheduled
for each team.

This event is for house teams only that are typically designated as B or House/Rec. on a U.S.A. Hockey Roster (form T1).

There will be 2 special event classifications per age group for this event. House All-Star teams and teams that finished below a 500 win percentage for the season. House All Star teams should sign up in the BB classification. Teams below 500 should sign up in the C classification. Regular season teams that finish at the top of their divisions are encouraged to sign up in the BB classification.

In the Midget classifications, please note, that teams attending from other USA Hockey affiliates typically do not have Midget B or BB divisions as they do in Michigan and if they do, they do not always mean the same thing that they mean in Michigan. Most other affiliate designate their Midgets with ‘A’ and ‘AA’ so in the U16 and U18 bracket their ‘A’ is equivalent to B or BB (in Michigan) and their ‘AA’ is equivalent to our A. AA teams from other affiliate will not be eligible for this event.

This is a stay to play event and all hotel rooms for all participants must be booked through our hotel process. Failure to
comply could result in forfeiture of games or disqualification.
