Pre-Tryout Training – Spring Tryout Camps
This program is a high-tempo workout designed to help rep players train the skills and tactics needed to prepare their game for tryouts. The ice times consists of 50 minutes of skills training each day followed by a 30-minute scrimmage on the Tuesday and Thursday ice times.
The AAA Spring Tryout Training starts up in April. Register soon so you can assure your ready for the challenges of a AAA tryout. The program will focus on agility, speed, battling, and puck movement. The four day breakdown for the program is as following:
