BATTLE OF THE BADGES HOCKEY TOURNAMENT

April 12th-14th, 2019 Men’s, Women’s Tournament

ATTENTION ALL POLICE, FIRE, EMS, MILITARY AND CORRECTIONS HOCKEY TEAMS.

Welcome to the 2019 BATTLE OF THE BADGES Hockey Tournament in support of Badge of Life Canada and the fight against PTSD.

Must be 19 and older.  Divisions Men’s A, B, C, D  / Women’s Open

3 Game Guarantee; 3 Stop-Time Periods (12-10-10); Great Championship and Finalist Prizes; ASHL Rules and Officials; Tournament Staff on-site for entire weekend

This tournament is open to all Police, Fire, EMS, Corrections and Military Teams and Personnel All registered participants will be entered to have the opportunity to play in a Tournament All-Star Game against a Team TBD.

Badge of Life Canada is a peer-led, charitable volunteer organization committed to supporting police and corrections personnel who are dealing with psychological injuries diagnosed from service. Since our inception in 2010, Badge of Life Canada has been staffed by volunteers who “walk the talk”and has been solely self-funded on a “pay it forward” approach. Badge of Life Canada supports active/retired and sworn/civilian police and corrections personnel who have been involved with the organization by offering a safe, confidential place where members in crisis can turn for immediate information that can assist those members who are suffering an operational stress
