ELITE AAA/AA PROGRAM – BOY’S AND GIRL’S

PROGRAM FEATURES:

July 27 – 31, 2020 – Players born ’07, ’08, ’09 – 2 teams

August 3 – 7, 2020 – Players born ’10, ’11, ’12 – 2 teams

20 hours on-ice Monday to Friday

• program runs 8am – 4:15pm daily
• teams will be limited to 15 skaters and 2 goalies
• players will be notified of their acceptance
• players not accepted will automatically be accepted into the Acceleration Program

4 hours on-ice Monday to Friday, breakdown includes:
Morning (2 hours)

• advanced power skating and parachute and resistance training
• passing, advanced puck control and angle checking

Early afternoon (1 hour)

• shooting and advanced scoring techniques and passing

Late afternoon (1 hours)

• team play practice like the pros and 1 hour tournament game
• team play includes teaching transition play, cycling the puck, defencemen jumping in, reading plays, power play and penalty killing, learn 5 breakouts, D-D passes, reverses and more
• tournament format late afternoon game

Off-Ice Activities

• 1 hour of off-ice training including
  • NEW patented CHE off-ice shooting enhancer
  • K-Vision Lights (for advanced peripheral vision)
  • sliders for skating
• 1 hour daily recreation including soccer, ball hockey, lacrosse, basketball and baseball
• daily lecture/video
• daily lunch and offical hockey camp jersey included
• groups will be limited to 34 skaters and 4 goalies
• goalie instruction – coach/goalie ratio 1:4
• 5 instructors on-ice

2020 Cost: $445.00 CDN funds plus H.S.T (13%)
