NF Hockey offers busy volunteer coaches the opportunity to work with Phil to improve player skills throughout the season.

ABOUT

Youth coaches are hard working volunteers and committed to the improvement and development of their teams. Phil offers skills development practices that focus on one or more of skating, stickhandling, passing, and shooting. Phil will run practices in partnership with coaches or lead them when coaches cannot be at practice. Phil works with coaches to keep training messages consistent with each coach’s philosophy
