BRIDGE ELEMENTS CLASS -Level 1 & Level 2

Elements Level 1:
The advanced figure skating elements class is a class offering skaters the opportunity to focus on advanced jump and spin techniques in a group class setting. It is a continuation of the bridge program, and will include work on rotation position, take-off and landings. The jump focus will include waltz jump, salchow, and toe loop. The spin focus will include forward upright, backward upright, and beginning sit spins.
Elements Level 2:
Similar to Level 1, the jump focus will include loop, flip, lutz, and axel prep. The spin focus will include sit spin, camel spin, and combination spins.
